# Synix

> Synix is a GTM and RevOps partner for B2B sales teams. We build the signals, data and CRM systems a sales team works from: buying-signal systems in Clay and Apollo, CRM builds in Attio and HubSpot, and the reporting around them. Your team sells. We build everything behind it.

Synix is an Irish company (Synix IT Solutions Limited) working with B2B companies in Ireland, the UK, the USA and Europe. It was founded by Jack Sheridan, former Regional Director for Asia-Pacific at Presidio, where he led a team of 15 and €12M in annual revenue.

## What we do
- GTM and signals: target account and buyer lists, buying-signal scoring in Clay and Apollo, warm network mapping from the team's LinkedIn connections, enrichment, and outbound reporting by segment, signal and rep. ICP and sales process reviews where needed.
- CRM and RevOps: CRM selection (Attio or HubSpot), build and migration, pipelines and stage rules, automation and AI, reporting and forecasting, training and ongoing support.

## What we don't do
- We don't run outbound, send campaigns or do lead generation for clients.
- The client's team does the outreach; we build the systems that tell them who to contact and why.


## How we work
- Every engagement starts with a diagnostic and a written plan with a fixed price.
- Then a fixed-price build, usually one to four weeks, with optional monthly support after.
- Shared Slack channel, weekly check-in, everything built in the client's own accounts.
