What size companies do you work with?
Usually between 10 and 200 people. Big enough that things are getting messy, small enough that you shouldn't need expensive enterprise technology.
How much does it cost?
Depends on what we're doing. A CRM setup usually starts around €2,500, but small automation projects can start at €1,000. Ongoing retainers start at €1,000/month. You'll always get a fixed price upfront before we start anything.
Do we need to change all our tools?
Probably not. If something's working, we leave it alone. We only suggest changes when there's a clear reason to.
How long does a project take?
Most things are done in 2 to 6 weeks. You'll see something working in the first couple of weeks.
What if we're not sure what we need?
That's normal. Most people who book a call know something isn't working but can't pinpoint exactly what. That's literally what the call is for.
Do you work with companies outside Europe?
Yes. Based in Ireland, working with companies globally as all our services are delivered remotely.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Some companies want us to build something and hand it over. Others want us to stick around on a monthly basis to keep things running and rolling out improvements. Either works.
